Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 45 minutes. 10 minutes before the end of cooking, you can sprinkle the dish with grated cheese and chopped dill. Please note that since everyone's oven is different, baking time may vary. How do you know when a dish is ready? If the meat is soft, can be easily pierced with a knife, and clear juice flows out of it, remove the pan from the oven.

I found an interesting recipe on the site: meat in pita bread in the oven! So simple and very tasty! Instead of pork, I took chicken fillet, which I cut into strips and lightly beat. And I replaced the onions with green ones. I grated the carrots on a fine grater and fried them. And when the carrots were ready, I added chopped onions and stirred. Lavash was cut into two parts. I placed one sheet in a mold greased with vegetable oil. Then I laid out the onions, carrots and meat. I grated the cheese on a fine grater and sprinkled a little on the meat. Lightly coated with mayonnaise. Covered with a second sheet of lavash and brushed with beaten egg. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Then sprinkle with the remaining cheese and parsley and leave for another 10 minutes until the cheese melts! Mm....it turned out so yummy! My son said it was amazingly delicious!
