STEP 1

How to make lush manna with milk in the oven? Very simple! To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Take the highest grade flour. Adjust the amount of sugar to your taste. It is advisable to use refined, odorless vegetable oil. I have sunflower. If you wish, you can add 1 tbsp to the dough. l. vanilla sugar or a pinch of vanillin. STEP 2

Break the eggs into a bowl. Add sugar and vegetable oil. Mix everything thoroughly with a whisk until smooth.
STEP 3

Pour milk into a saucepan, add butter. Stirring, heat everything together until the oil is completely dissolved.
STEP 4

Pour the warm milk into the egg mixture and stir. The milk should not be too hot, otherwise the eggs will curdle.
STEP 5

Pour semolina into the egg-milk mixture and mix thoroughly, breaking up all lumps. Leave the mixture for 30 minutes for the semolina to swell. Stir the mixture periodically.
STEP 6

STEP 7

Beat the mixture with an immersion blender until fluffy. I advise you not to skip this stage, because thanks to it the finished baked goods will turn out more airy and soft.
STEP 8

Pour the dough into a baking dish lined with parchment and greased with butter (I have a diameter of 20 cm). If you have a silicone mold, then you do not need to grease it. Bake the manna with milk in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 40 minutes until the skewer is dry. Time and temperature are approximate, be guided by the operating characteristics of your oven. STEP 9

Transfer the finished manna to a plate and cool. If desired, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar. Then cut into pieces and serve. Bon appetit!
