For the dough: Flour - 120 g, margarine - 60 g, water - 3 teaspoons, wine vinegar - 0.5 teaspoon. spoons. The first item in the cooking queue is the dough. We prepare the base, starting with margarine. Grind the margarine into pieces.

Mix crushed margarine with flour.

Add water and vinegar. You have to choose the volume of water yourself.
STEP 5
The result is a bun like this. The dough should not stick to your hands. Leave the finished dough for 30 minutes.

We take champignons. Wash the mushrooms, clean them and let them dry.

Cut the mushrooms into thin slices.

We cut onions and garlic.

Preparing the sauce - Fry the flour in vegetable oil so that we get a mass of about 250-260 grams. Cook the mixture in a frying pan, rolling out lumps. Add salt and chopped nutmeg to the thickened mixture. Mix the sauce with mushrooms and onions and spread on the dough.
STEP 14
Don't forget to pierce the pie in several places. Place the pie in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees.
STEP 15
20-30 minutes should be enough. Take out the pie and let it cool
