Lean buckwheat meatballs

Wash and clean the onions and mushrooms.

Chop the onion.

We cut mushrooms.

Heat the frying pan over medium heat, then reduce it and set the temperature to fry the onions in vegetable oil.

Fry the onion for 5 minutes.

Add champignons to the onions. Add salt and pepper to taste and fry.

Now let's get down to cooking buckwheat porridge. We wash the cereals.

Cook buckwheat porridge from 2 cups of salted water and 1 cup of buckwheat.

The porridge should be viscous. Cook the porridge as usual until the buckwheat softens. Cool for 10 minutes.

Grind the mushrooms and onions and then mix them into the buckwheat porridge.
STEP 12

The minced meat obtained as a result of mixing should be sticky, add flour and mix.

Make balls from the resulting minced meat and roll in breadcrumbs.

Fry in vegetable oil.

Place the fried meatballs in a deep bowl

You can fill them with any sauce close to your preferences, whether purchased or made with your own hands.

Simmer the meatballs in the sauce for 10 minutes over low heat and serve hot.
