  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

    Required Ingredients

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

First of all, prepare the Bechamel sauce. To do this, melt the butter in a thick-walled bowl.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Add flour, mix for 1 minute

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Then remove from heat and add milk in small portions, stirring constantly.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Place on the fire and bring to a boil

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

    Solim

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Add a pinch of nutmeg; this is a required ingredient in Bechamel sauce. Cook for 5 minutes

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

During this time, three cheeses on a coarse grater

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Add it to the Bechamel sauce and turn it off, our sauce is ready!

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Now cut the onion into cubes

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Fry it in a frying pan in vegetable oil until soft

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

    Cut carrots into cubes

  13. STEP 13

    STEP 13

    Place it on the onion

  14. STEP 14

    STEP 14

    Cut bell pepper into cubes

  15. STEP 15

    STEP 15

Place in the pan with the vegetables and fry for another 3-5 minutes, stirring

  16. STEP 16

    STEP 16

Then put the minced meat in the frying pan, I used beef, but any will do, mix well, breaking up any lumps of minced meat, fry for 5-7 minutes until the minced meat is ready

  17. STEP 17

    STEP 17

While the minced meat is frying, finely chop the garlic

  18. STEP 18

    STEP 18

    Solim

  19. STEP 19

    STEP 19

    Let's pepper

  20. STEP 20

    STEP 20

    Add chopped garlic

  21. STEP 21

    STEP 21

Add tomato juice or tomato paste

  22. STEP 22

    STEP 22

Simmer over high heat for about 5 minutes to evaporate excess liquid.

  23. STEP 23

    STEP 23

Now all we have to do is “assemble” our lasagna.

  24. STEP 24

    STEP 24

Line the bottom of the multicooker bowl with baking parchment

  25. STEP 25

    STEP 25

    Add a little bechamel sauce

  26. STEP 26

    STEP 26

We place a sheet of lasagne in the center, and break off the second sheet to fit the shape of a bowl. We look for information on whether the sheets need to be pre-boiled or not on the packaging; my sheets do not need to be boiled

  27. STEP 27

    STEP 27

Place fried minced meat with vegetables on lasagne sheets and level well

  28. STEP 28

    STEP 28

Add a little bechamel sauce on top

  29. STEP 29

    STEP 29

Next, alternate layers in the same order until one of the ingredients runs out - for me it was minced meat

  30. STEP 30

    STEP 30

Our topmost layer should be like this: lasagne sheets brushed with Bechamel sauce

  31. STEP 31

    STEP 31

Set the "Baking" mode for 55 minutes. But this is on my multicooker, all multicookers are different and have different modes. So it’s better to set the time less and check.

  32. STEP 32

    STEP 32

After the specified time, the lasagna is ready! We take it out using the steamer, cut it and enjoy!

  33. STEP 33

    STEP 33

It turned out very tasty, no worse than in the oven! Bon appetit!

55 minutes in a slow cooker is a lot. Mine burned a little (not critical, when everything cooled down I just cut it off) And the sheets were overcooked ((and overcooked pasta is not tasty
