Good afternoon! I had some minced meat left and the children have been asking me to cook chickpeas for a long time, they are very popular in Kazakhstan and are called nokhat, and thanks to a convenient search on the website I found a recipe for kufta bozbash in Azerbaijani. I have no doubt that with greed it would be interesting, because It’s sour, but since I didn’t have it on hand, I made regular meatballs. I still added an egg and a tablespoon of corn starch to the minced meat so that the meatballs did not fall apart and lightly fried them in a small amount of sunflower oil. I soaked the peas in cold water overnight since yesterday evening and they have increased in size very well. I added my own carrots, bell peppers and tomatoes to the soup, cut them into cubes and lightly pre-sautéed them. I poured boiling water over the peas and potatoes and set them to cook. Then, after 30 minutes, I combined all the ingredients and brought it to readiness over low heat. The result was a very elegant, colorful and satisfying soup. The kids really liked it and of course I recommend making it. Thanks for the recipe!
