Hot appetizer with salmon for the holiday table

STEP 1

To prepare the appetizer, we need a piece of fresh salmon, from which we remove the skin and remove all the bones.

Chop the onion.

Heat the stove, pour vegetable oil into the frying pan, add the onion and fry until transparent at high temperature.

Chop the dill and parsley.
STEP 5

Add the greens to the pan with the onions and fry well with a spatula.

Add balsamic vinegar to the onions and herbs.
STEP 7

Fry for another two minutes and remove from the stove.
STEP 8

Break two eggs, separate the yolks from the whites and place them in a cup.
STEP 9

Add breadcrumbs to the yolks and mix well.
STEP 10

Add the fried onions and herbs to the breadcrumbs and yolk.
STEP 11

Mix thoroughly and get a sauce for the appetizer.

We grease the bottom and sides of the mold well with vegetable oil and put a layer of rice in it, which we compact to a centimeter.

Cut the fish into pieces, place it in a bowl, salt to taste, add fish spices, season with vegetable oil and place fish pieces evenly on top of the rice.

Spread the prepared sauce evenly over the salmon. Turn on the oven at 200 degrees and set to bake for 25 minutes.

We clean, wash, cut the champignons and place them in a frying pan at the highest temperature.

Add vegetable oil and herbs, fry for a couple more minutes, salt and pepper to taste.

We take our dish out of the oven, spread the fried mushrooms evenly on top and cover with a lid for five minutes.
STEP 18

Carefully remove the form and serve the dish on the festive table.
