  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make homemade meat pizza? Prepare all the ingredients: dough, tomato sauce to your taste, I used tomatoes in their own juice. If you prepare the minced meat yourself, wash the meat, dry it and grind it through a meat grinder, mix well. Wash fresh champignons and dry with paper towels. I used hard cheese, but mozzarella will also work. Peel the onion and chop finely. Peel the garlic cloves and chop with a knife.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the onion until soft, add minced meat, garlic, and fry, mashing the minced meat with a fork or spoon. Stir.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

First boil the tomatoes in their own juice in a frying pan until the liquid has evaporated and the mass becomes thick, like a sauce. Season with salt and, if desired, add 1 teaspoon. l Italian herbs or dry basil. I also added a pinch of ground cinnamon for flavor, but it's not necessary.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Place the resulting sauce into the prepared minced meat. You can use ready-made tomato sauce to suit your taste. In this case, there is no need to boil it, just add it to the minced meat in the pan, stir and simmer for a few minutes.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Transfer the finished meat filling into a container and cool.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Cut the washed, dried and peeled mushrooms into large slices and fry in olive oil until golden brown.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

How to prepare pizza dough? Prepare the main products: sifted flour, yeast, water, olive oil. Be sure to sift the flour to saturate it with oxygen. Warm up the water a little.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Add dry yeast to the sifted flour. Stir.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

    Add salt and sugar. Stir.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Carefully pour in warm water. Stir a little. The water should be about 30 degrees. In hot water the yeast will die, but in cold water it will not work.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Now pour in the olive oil and knead the dough with your hands until smooth. Cover with a towel and place in a warm, draft-free place for 40 minutes. Punch down the dough, leave for another 20 minutes, after which the dough is ready to use.

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

Place half of the dough (since the specified amount of ingredients makes 2 pizzas) and stretch it with your hands into a pizza baking dish (diameter 30 cm). This needs to be done carefully, sprinkling with flour and pressing with your palms, since our dough is quite thin.

  13. STEP 13

    STEP 13

Place on the dough and spread the meat sauce.

  14. STEP 14

    STEP 14

Slice the tomato and place it on top. Take hard tomatoes, as soft and juicy ones will lose their shape when baked and release excess juice.

  15. STEP 15

    STEP 15

Cut the sweet pepper into thin rings and place on top of the tomatoes.

  16. STEP 16

    STEP 16

Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater. Sprinkle half the cheese on the pizza.

  17. STEP 17

    STEP 17

Chop the red onion, not very finely, and place it above the cheese layer.

  18. STEP 18

    STEP 18

Now place the fried champignons on top so they don’t get lost inside the filling.

  19. STEP 19

    STEP 19

Sprinkle the pizza with the remaining half of the cheese and place it in an oven preheated to 220°C for 10-15 minutes. Place the pizza slightly below the center tier. Bake until done. I recommend that the main filling is already prepared; we just need to bake the dough, melt the cheese and fry the vegetables a little.

  20. STEP 20

    STEP 20

After we take our pizza out of the oven, sprinkle it with finely chopped dill, parsley or basil leaves. That's it, the pizza is ready. Bon appetit!

Today I made homemade meat pizza with yeast dough. I kneaded the dough and fried the minced pork with onions and tomato paste. When the dough had risen, I laid out the minced meat, and on top added tomato, pickled cucumber (I added it myself, I really like its delicious sourness), bell pepper and grated cheese. I placed bell peppers only on one side of the pizza - for my husband. He likes it when I add pepper to any dish. I chopped all the vegetables coarsely. I did not add champignons, onions and garlic to the filling. I kept the pizza in the oven until the dough was ready. It turned out great! Since the dough is kneaded with a minimum amount of sugar and without baking, it turns out neutral and goes well with the filling, which is juicy in turn. The dough is soft and tender. Very tasty! Thank you so much for the recipe!

Very tasty, fluffy homemade meat pizza!!! I really love pizza. I tried many recipes and determined for myself that pizza according to this recipe is the most delicious. I don't use mayonnaise or ketchup on pizza. Instead of ketchup, I grease the base with homemade sauce... I added some olives of my own. Thank you very much for the recipe!
