STEP 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
STEP 2

Measure out a cup of nuts. You can use any nuts and seeds you like. Poppy, sesame and other super-food seeds are also good here. Chop the nuts with a knife.
STEP 3

Mix oatmeal, dried cherries and nuts. Instead of dried cherries, you can use any dried fruit.
STEP 4

Remove the core from the apple and place the apple and banana in a blender.
STEP 5

Make a puree.
STEP 6

Add honey, vanilla, cinnamon (I always use one of these because they overpower each other), sugar (to taste) and salt. Beat again.
STEP 7

Add honey and mix well. If the honey is hard, melt it.
STEP 8

Add the puree little by little to the flakes and knead.
STEP 9

When all the flakes are well wet, the puree is enough.
STEP 10

Line an oven tray with parchment and add the mixture.
STEP 11

Spread over the bottom and tamp down well with your fist.
STEP 12

Place in the oven and cook at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
STEP 13

Remove, cool completely, remove the paper and cut the layer into bars.
