STEP 1
How to make Greek salad with Chinese cabbage? Prepare the necessary ingredients to prepare the marinade.
STEP 2
How to make a marinade? Take a bowl, pour in olive oil, lemon juice, Provençal herbs, ground pepper and salt. Mix everything thoroughly. The marinade is ready. Olive oil can be replaced with sunflower oil if desired. Set it aside, we will need it in the next steps.

Prepare the cooking ingredients for the salad.

Cut the cheese into medium cubes.

Place the cheese in a bowl and pour over the marinade.
STEP 6
Wash cucumbers and tomatoes thoroughly under running water and dry. Cut the cucumbers into slices and cut the tomatoes into thin slices.

Peel the onion and cut into half rings. I used red onions, but you can use regular onions if you wish. If it turns out to be very bitter, then pour boiling water over it for 10 minutes. Adding a teaspoon of vinegar will further marinate the onions.

Bell peppers, wash under running water, dry, remove seeds and stems. Cut the pulp into strips.
STEP 9
Wash the Chinese cabbage under running water, shake off excess water, dip the cabbage in napkins and chop with a knife. It is better to use only green leaves without white petioles in the salad. It will be more tender and beautiful this way.
STEP 10
Place Chinese cabbage, cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers and red onions in a deep salad bowl. Mix everything.
STEP 11
Place marinated cheese cubes on top.
STEP 12
Drain the liquid from the olives. Add them to the salad. Pour the remaining marinade over the salad and serve. Bon appetit!
