I really love Greek salad in all its variations; when I saw a recipe for Greek salad with Chinese cabbage, I decided to cook it right away; I just had Chinese cabbage in the refrigerator. I used ripe cherry tomatoes, fresh cucumbers and large sweet bell peppers as a basis: two halves of red and yellow peppers. I didn't have any cheese, so I added feta cheese to the salad.
