Step-by-step preparation

Cooking timeCooking time: 1 hr 30 mins
  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make gluten free pizza? Measure out the required ingredients for the dough. You can take any flour that does not contain gluten (amaranth, soy, chickpea, buckwheat). Heat the water slightly.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Dissolve yeast and sugar in 50 ml of warm water. Leave the mixture for 10-15 minutes so that the yeast is activated and a foamy cap forms on the surface.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Mix rice and corn flour and sift through a sieve.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

To knead the dough, take a convenient container. Dissolve the salt in the rest of the water, pour in the yeast mixture, stir.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

    Add olive oil, stir.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Add the sifted flour mixture. Stir first with a spoon, then knead the dough with your hands.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

The dough turns out very tender, a little sticky to your hands. Cover the dough with cling film and leave at room temperature for 30 minutes.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

You can use any gluten-free products for the filling. I used homemade tomato sauce. Mozzarella can be replaced with Parmesan, cheddar or feta. Instead of olive oil, any odorless vegetable oil will do. Choose tomatoes that are juicy but firm so that they retain their shape when slicing.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Boil the chicken fillet in boiling salted water until tender, cool.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

During proofing, the dough will practically not rise, it will only become slightly fluffier to the touch. Grease the parchment with oil, form the dough into a round base about 0.5 cm thick. This dough does not have viscous and elastic properties, so it is more convenient to do this with your hands rather than with a rolling pin. Brush the surface of the dough with olive oil.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Apply tomato sauce and sprinkle with basil. Use any spices you wish.

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

Divide the chicken fillet into fibers or cut into small pieces. Place the fillet pieces evenly on the dough.

  13. STEP 13

    STEP 13

Wash the vegetables first and dry them. Cut the tomatoes into slices and place on the chicken fillet.

  14. STEP 14

    STEP 14

Peel the pepper from seeds and chop as desired. Add pepper to the tomato layer.

  15. STEP 15

    STEP 15

Grate the mozzarella on a coarse grater or cut into slices.

  16. STEP 16

    STEP 16

Sprinkle cheese on top of pizza.

  17. STEP 17

    STEP 17

Bake the pizza in an oven preheated to 180C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

  18. STEP 18

    STEP 18

Cut the finished pizza into portions and serve. Bon appetit!

Gluten free pizza is just the recipe for me. Very tasty pizza, very filling dinner. I don’t like dough and pastries, but pizza seduces with melted cheese and a combination of meat and juicy vegetables in the filling. And the recipe for gluten-free dough is just a godsend. Thank you very much for the recipe!
