Fried zucchini rolls with cottage cheese and herbs

Cottage cheese can be replaced with mascarpone or other cottage cheese. I had two young zucchini lying around in the refrigerator and I decided to cook something new with them. My mother-in-law, who really loves cottage cheese, was supposed to come to visit, so the recipe came together on its own based on her and my preferences. As it turned out, cottage cheese goes well with fried zucchini and the appetizer flew off the table very quickly.
