    Rinse the chopped potatoes again to remove excess starch and place them in a colander to drain the water and dry the potatoes. It is better to use non-crumbly varieties for frying, so that they do not turn into mashed potatoes during the cooking process.

Place potatoes in boiling oil, reduce heat to medium and fry potatoes over medium heat for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. I saw a recipe for fried potatoes with eggs in a frying pan in my bookmarks and really wanted to eat it) I was alone at home, so I made myself an individual portion. I wanted to diversify this dish, so I added a small onion, cut into half rings, and a few pieces of smoked lard. High in calories, of course, but sometimes you can afford it) I cut the potatoes into thin cubes, washed and dried them. Then fried it with lard and onions. I took one egg and cracked it directly into the frying pan on top of the potatoes. Then I sprinkled with green onions for flavor and a little spice. It's just fire! It’s so good to treat yourself to delicious fried potatoes with various toppings)

It’s a good option to slightly diversify the usual side dishes; it’s prepared easily and simply from the simplest ingredients, but personally, I still like regular fried potatoes much more.
