Fluffy pie with pudding and gooseberries

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Dough.
STEP 2
Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar into a fluffy foam.
STEP 3
Pour in 2 tbsp. l. hot water, stir.
STEP 4
Sift flour with starch and baking powder and add parts to the dough. You may need a little less or more flour, check the consistency. Read more about the use of baking powder in baking and the properties of flour in the article at the end of the recipe.
STEP 5
Beat on low speed until smooth.
STEP 6
Grease the bottom of the springform pan with butter and pour in the dough. Bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C. Then remove the pan from the oven. The times are approximate, use your technique as a guide. Read about the operation of ovens below the steps.

Cream.

Whip the cream into a strong foam. You will learn how to choose cream and whip it by reading the article at the end of the recipe.
STEP 9
Beat eggs with sugar into white foam.
STEP 10
Add sour cream, pudding and semolina to the egg mixture and mix.
STEP 11
Gently fold in whipped cream.
STEP 12
Filling. Wash the gooseberries and sort them. Heat 100 ml of water with sugar, add gooseberries and cook over low heat for about 3 minutes. Place on a sieve.
STEP 13
Pour the cream onto the dough.
STEP 14
Place gooseberries on top. Bake for about 40 minutes at 160°C. Cool the finished pie, remove from the mold and cut into pieces.
