STEP 1

Prepare products according to the list. Thaw the phyllo dough without unpacking it.
STEP 2

Prepare the filling. Place 20 grams of butter in a dry frying pan and heat it. Place the minced meat and fry until lightly browned.
STEP 3

Season the filling with salt and pepper. Peel the garlic, pass through a press, place in a frying pan with spices and aromatic herbs. Mix everything, heat under the lid for 2 minutes on low heat.
STEP 4

Wash the parsley, dry it and chop it finely. Cool the filling and mix with herbs.
STEP 5

Melt the remaining butter in the microwave oven for 1 minute.
STEP 6

Prepare the fill. Place the eggs in a mixing bowl, add kefir at room temperature. Add salt and whisk until smooth.
STEP 7

Place all sheets of phyllo dough in a stack on a hard surface. Prepare a damp (not wet) towel. Opened sheets dry out within 2 minutes and become unsuitable for cooking. Brush the first sheet with melted butter using a silicone brush.
STEP 8

Place a sheet of dough into the pie pan, leaving a free edge. Place another 3 - 4 oiled sheets in the same way.
STEP 9

Place half of the filling on top of the dough.
STEP 10

Roll up a sheet of phyllo like a rag, soak it in the filling, and squeeze it out lightly.
STEP 11

Arrange the sheets moistened with the filling randomly over the meat.
STEP 12

Place the remaining filling and spread over the surface.
STEP 13

Place the free ends of the bottom sheets on top of the filling and grease with oil. Cut the remaining sheets of phyllo to the diameter of the mold. Place on top of the pie, coat with butter and slightly tuck the edges.
STEP 14

Pour the remaining filling on top. Place the pie in the oven preheated to 190 degrees.
STEP 15

Bake the pie for 25 - 35 minutes until browned. The cake increases in size very much and may burst, but after cooling it settles. Cool the baked goods completely in the pan. Transfer to a serving plate, lightly grease with oil, and garnish with herbs.
