Finely chop the onion. It can truly work wonders, because onions are low-calorie, but at the same time they bind together and remove from the body all the fat that has been deposited not in our favor and captures toxins and waste along with it.

Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Not only are they the main source of vitamin A in the diet, but when combined with foods such as carrots, cabbage and onions, they maintain carbohydrate balance.
STEP 13
Crush the garlic with the flat side of the knife and chop finely! This is the ingredient that has real fat burning properties! Without it, soup is not possible!

Add celery, tomatoes, onions and garlic to our vegetables on the stove
