If the eggs are small, take 3 pieces. The butter should be at room temperature, so remove it from the refrigerator in advance.

    In a bowl, combine soft butter at room temperature with sugar. Beat everything with a mixer until fluffy for 2-3 minutes. If you wish, you can add a pinch of vanillin for flavoring.

I liked the recipe for a simple blueberry pie in the oven. True, I don’t have blueberries, but I do have blackcurrants). The berries were frozen. I took them out of the freezer in advance and put them on a paper towel to absorb the juice. I made the dough following the steps in the recipe. It turned out smooth, uniform, thick and fluffy. The quantity was not very large, so I baked it in a mold with a diameter of 15 cm. I checked the readiness with a wooden stick. The cake rose wonderfully, very airy and soft! The structure is silky, juicy, porous! The taste and aroma of real homemade baked goods!

Great recipe, but there wasn’t much batter, so I made it in a muffin tin. It turned out to be 10 pieces, not very large. Very tasty and simple. Thank you!
