Dietary charlotte PP with apples and cottage cheese without sugar

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to bake diet charlotte? Prepare food for her. Take the flakes that need to be cooked for a long time. Or you can immediately take oatmeal in the same quantities. Cottage cheese for dietary charlotte is suitable with a low fat content. Apples are sweet, since there will be no sugar in the charlotte. Add vanilla and cinnamon to taste if you like.
STEP 2

First of all, grind the flakes to flour; it is most convenient to do this in a coffee grinder.
STEP 3

Take a large bowl and crack the eggs into it. Beat them with a mixer until they become a fluffy light mass. Beat for a long time, about 5 minutes. The more airy the mass, the softer and fluffier the charlotte will be.
STEP 4

Add baking powder, vanilla and cinnamon to the oatmeal. Stir.
STEP 5

Add cottage cheese and flour to the egg mixture.
STEP 6

Stir the products until smooth. It is better to punch them with an immersion blender to get rid of lumps. If you don't have a blender, then rub the cottage cheese through a sieve. You can leave it unprocessed, it will still be delicious.
STEP 7

Wash the apples thoroughly, especially if they are store-bought, as they are treated with wax. You can cut off the skin from them. I have apples from the orchard, I left them with the skin on. Cut the apples in half and remove the cores. Cut the apples into large cubes.
STEP 8

Add apples to dough. Stir.
STEP 9

Take a baking dish. Lubricate it with vegetable oil. Pour the dough into the mold. My mold measures 18 cm in diameter.
STEP 10

I also placed sliced apples on top.
STEP 11

Bake the charlotte in an oven preheated to 200°C for about 50 minutes until golden brown. This charlotte is good both warm and cold.
