Is that really delicious?” - that was exactly the first reaction. I shouldn't have worried. It's very possible. And, as it turned out, it was necessary - the cutlets turned out incredibly juicy. Despite the fact that both cottage cheese and apple are faintly felt in the cutlets. For example, my child, who hates any fruit, never recognized it as an apple. But I ate the cutlets with great pleasure.
