Cutlets with cottage cheese and apple

STEP 1

Prepare the ingredients. For minced chicken cutlets with cottage cheese and apple, we will need: minced chicken, cottage cheese in briquettes (it is better to take this kind to make the cutlets juicier), apple, dill, egg, garlic, vegetable oil for frying, ground black pepper and salt.
STEP 2

Wash the apple, peel it and grate it on a coarse grater.
STEP 3

Peel the garlic and pass through a press.
STEP 4

Wash the dill, dry and chop very finely.
STEP 5

Mash the cottage cheese thoroughly with a fork until smooth. Add cottage cheese, grated apple, garlic, dill, egg, ground black pepper and salt to the minced chicken.
STEP 6

Knead the mixture thoroughly until smooth. If the minced meat turns out a bit runny, you can add 2-4 tbsp. l. semolina and leave to swell for 20 minutes.
STEP 7

Form the minced meat into medium-sized cutlets and roll them in breadcrumbs.
STEP 8

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the cutlet on one side until golden brown.
STEP 9

Turn the cutlets over to the other side and fry covered until golden brown.
