First of all, prepare the necessary products for making shortcrust pastry baked goods filled with cottage cheese and strawberries.

    To prepare shortcrust pastry, take a large bowl and place three hundred and fifty grams of pre-sifted premium wheat flour into it, then add one hundred and twenty grams of sugar, a pinch of salt into the bowl and mix all the ingredients together.

    Place one hundred and eighty grams of pre-cut and softened baking margarine, which can be replaced with butter, into a bowl with wheat flour and mix all the ingredients together.

    Take a small bowl and pour one teaspoon of baking soda into it, then quench it with one tablespoon of citric acid.
