Wash the Chinese cabbage, dry it and tear it into small pieces with your hands, using only the soft green part of the leaves. You can use fresh or frozen shrimp. How to defrost shrimp?     How to cook shrimp? Pour water into a large saucepan. The volume of liquid should be twice the volume of seafood. Salt with regular, or better yet, sea salt (1 tbsp per 1 liter of water). When it boils, add the unpeeled shrimp to the pan. Bring them to a boil again and immediately turn off the heat. Small shrimp are cooked for no more than 2 minutes. Royal or brindle - 3-7 minutes.

    Be careful not to overcook the shrimp or let them sit in hot water, or they won't be as tender as you'd like. Drain in a colander, rinse with cold water, or place in a bowl of ice. Peel the chilled shrimp.
