    Wash the cucumber and dry it. Cut off the tails on both sides and cut it in half lengthwise. Then cut each half of the cucumber into medium-sized cubes. Place the chopped cucumbers in a bowl to prepare the salad.

    Peel the cooled eggs and cut them into cubes. Drain the liquid from the canned peas. Add chopped eggs and green peas to the bowl with the cucumbers.

I was looking on my favorite website for a recipe using affordable instant ingredients. I liked the salad with green peas, eggs and cucumber. I prepared this dish as a side dish for cutlets. I hard-boiled homemade eggs, cooled them, peeled them and cut them. I cut greenhouse cucumbers, chopped cabbage, chopped green onions and parsley instead of dill. At the end I added young fresh green peas instead of canned ones. Dressed the salad with mayonnaise and pepper. Very simple and easy salad preparation. The taste is wonderful. All ingredients combine perfectly with each other. The salad is light, fresh, crispy, and filling. This salad can be prepared every day. Next time I'll try dressing the salad with sour cream and salt. Good recipe! Thank you)

I was interested in the recipe for a salad with green peas, eggs and cucumber, so I decided to make it for dinner. While the eggs were boiling, I cut the cucumber into cubes, finely chopped the onion, and finely shredded the cabbage. Cooled the eggs and cut them into cubes. I combined all the ingredients, lightly salted it and added sour cream instead of mayonnaise. The salad turned out juicy, filling and very tasty. Great dish, I recommend you try it. This tasty and juicy salad goes very well with fried potatoes and meat for dinner. I doubled the portion, because... We have a big family. Instead of mayonnaise, I seasoned it with a sauce consisting of sour cream, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Young cabbage in a salad is very tasty, rich in vitamins, and also creates volume.
