Salad with green peas, egg and cucumber

STEP 1
How to make a salad with cucumber, egg and peas? Prepare your food. Boil the eggs first. How to boil eggs? Fill them with cold water and put on fire. Bring to a boil and cook in boiling water for 9 minutes. Then drain the hot water and pour cold water over the eggs to help them cool faster.
STEP 2
Wash the cucumber and dry it. Cut off the tails on both sides and cut it in half lengthwise. Then cut each half of the cucumber into medium-sized cubes. Place the chopped cucumbers in a bowl to prepare the salad.
STEP 3
Peel the cooled eggs and cut them into cubes. Drain the liquid from the canned peas. Add chopped eggs and green peas to the bowl with the cucumbers.
STEP 4
Chop the cabbage thinly and crush it a little with your hands. Add chopped cabbage to salad.
STEP 5
Wash the green onions and dill and dry well. Chop them finely. Add chopped greens to your salad.
STEP 6
Season the salad with mayonnaise and mix well. Taste it for salt; if necessary, add salt to taste. I didn’t add salt, the saltiness of the mayonnaise was enough for me. Cool the salad slightly in the refrigerator before serving. Then transfer to a salad bowl and serve. Bon appetit!
