Since childhood, I remember how pies were baked in my grandmother’s kitchen to the sounds of the evening, and my mother taught me the intricacies of family recipes. These moments bind us to those we love. As an adult, I discover world cuisines - oriental spices, European traditions, exotic fruits. Each new dish is a small journey, where not only complexity is important, but also the joy of creation. My goal is to show that anyone can cook, and it is important to share this joyful experience with those around you.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality at Les Roches Global Hospitality Education.
