Thanks to sifting, it is saturated with oxygen and the finished dough will be fluffier and more tender. Add flour gradually, in small portions, focusing on the desired consistency of the dough. Keep in mind that you may need a little more or less flour.

    Mix the dough well so that there are no lumps of flour. You can use a mixer. The finished dough should have a uniform consistency and be quite liquid. If it turns out thick, dilute it with hot water. If too liquid, add a little more flour. Just keep in mind that the thinner the dough, the thinner and more delicate the pancakes.

    Take a pancake or cast iron frying pan. Grease it with a small amount of vegetable oil before the first pancake. Next, it will be enough that there is butter in the dough. Heat a frying pan over high heat. Pour pancake batter onto it, letting it spread over the entire surface. In a very hot frying pan, holes appear in the pancake and the pancake becomes lacy. Bake the pancakes over medium heat until the batter runs out, frying them on both sides.

We prepared Classic pancakes with holes in milk. I don’t know if this is good or bad, but I absolutely don’t remember the ingredients and the amount of ingredients in absolutely any dish. Therefore, in order to cook something, you have to constantly look for a recipe. This recipe turned out excellent, delicate pancakes, even the first one))) Unfortunately, in our house it’s simply not possible to photograph a stack of pancakes, the maximum is 2 pancakes. Well, in this case I only managed to photograph one!)))

A simple and affordable recipe: Classic pancakes with holes in milk! To get rid of lumps, I did not use a mixer, but passed the dough through a sieve. I poured condensed milk over the finished pancakes and served them with fresh strawberries. The crispy edges of the pancakes were not greased with anything, as the author suggests; in my opinion, they are exactly the highlight of the finished dish.
