Pancakes with classic milk and eggs

Break three room temperature chicken eggs into a large bowl.

Add a pinch of salt and three tablespoons of sugar to the bowl.

Pour four tablespoons of vegetable oil into a bowl.

Add more than half of the flour portion (four tablespoons) to the bowl.

Mix well with a mixer, turning it into a base for pancake dough.

Pour half a liter of milk at room temperature into the bowl with the dough base and mix with a mixer until the dough is smooth.

Pour two ladles of prepared batter into a small bowl.

Add the remaining flour (two tablespoons) to a small bowl and mix well until the dough is quite thick.
STEP 10

Add the prepared thick dough to a large bowl and mix again with a mixer.
STEP 11

Let the prepared dough rest for at least thirty minutes.
STEP 12

Before baking the pancakes, mix the prepared dough well one more time.
STEP 13

Warm up and heat a frying pan on the stove, after adding oil to taste and pour the required amount of dough into it.
STEP 14

Fry the pancakes for about one minute on each side.
STEP 15

Place the prepared pancakes on a plate and brush with butter to taste.
