Classic buckwheat porridge on water
An excellent porridge for those who are watching calories and their health! Buckwheat porridge is a very healthy food product and probably everyone knows about it. In our family, buckwheat has always and in all generations been a priority among porridges, so to speak, the “queen of porridges” - and grandmothers cooked it, and my mother fed us children buckwheat porridge, and now in my family I feed my children this wonderful dish. And I want to tell you that for so many years, buckwheat porridge has not at all diminished its popularity in our family’s diet. Because there are a lot of culinary recipes for its preparation. But the simplest, in my opinion, is boiled buckwheat porridge in water. It can be an excellent stand-alone dietary dish, or it can serve as an excellent side dish for another culinary masterpiece.
Without salt, the recipe is suitable for a moderate buckwheat diet!

I love buckwheat very much, I cook it very often, sometimes before cooking I fry the buckwheat in a frying pan, so it turns out more crumbly.
