Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Since the cream needs to thicken, let's start with that. Place sugar in a bowl where the dough for sour cream will be prepared. Let's add sour cream to it.

Beat everything thoroughly with a whisk or mixer, and send the finished cream immediately to the refrigerator.
STEP 3
Let's start the test. Pour sour cream into a bowl, add sugar, combine, add baking powder, and then sift the flour directly into it. But not all of it, leave a little - at the end you will see whether you need to add more or if there is enough.
STEP 4
Knead in a bowl a soft elastic dough that almost does not stick to your hands.
STEP 5
Having brought it to condition on a board with flour, divide the dough into equal portions. I weighed them and each one weighed 60 g.
STEP 6
Place the frying pan on the stove and roll out the cake on a floured board. You can level it with, say, a pan lid (or whatever is convenient for you).
STEP 7
Place the cake in a heated dry frying pan and bake for 2-3 minutes on each side (it all depends on the power of the fire or stove) until golden brown.
STEP 8
Grease the cooled cakes with cream, laying them evenly on top of each other.
STEP 9
Use a brush to brush the sides of the cake. Let it soak for half an hour on the kitchen table.
STEP 10
We decorate to your taste and color. You can sprinkle the sides with crumbs obtained from fried scraps of dough or cookies, fill them with icing or melted chocolate, and sprinkle snow-white coconut flakes on top. You can cut and serve immediately. Tea drinking will seem like a holiday. And if guests are not in a hurry, you can put the cake in the refrigerator for half an hour.
