Cottage cheese casserole with blue tea

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Prepare the starting ingredients. Wash your hands, the multicooker bowl, the eggs...
STEP 2

Pour boiling water over the raisins for 10-15 minutes, place on a paper towel, and remove excess moisture.
STEP 3

Grind clitoria flowers (blue tea) with sugar and vanilla sugar into powder in a coffee grinder. If you are using ready-made clitoris powder (anchana), you can skip this step.
STEP 4

Separate the yolks from the whites. Refrigerate the whites until required. Meanwhile, grind the cottage cheese, yogurt, and yolks in a blender into a smooth, homogeneous curd mass.
STEP 5

Add raisins and flour to the curd mass; beat with a mixer.
STEP 6

Beat egg whites, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt until soft peaks form at medium speed. Introduce powdered sugar into the clitoris in parts. When using a regular baking powder, you don’t have to use soda, and add the baking powder together with the flour into the curd mass.
STEP 7

Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form at high speed.
STEP 8

Add the protein mixture piece by piece using a silicone spatula.
STEP 9

Admire the magic of the transformation of anthocyanins in the petals of the clitoris trifoliate: from the alkaline environment of chicken proteins of the greenish-blue protein mass into the acidic conditions of the curd-yogurt mass with the appearance of a delicate violet color...
STEP 10

Grease the multicooker bowl with oil. Cold pressed unrefined coconut oil would be quite appropriate. Place the well-kneaded curd mass into a bowl. Set the "baking" mode for 65 minutes.
STEP 11

After the sound signal for the end of the program, turn off the multicooker, but do not open it for another 30-40 minutes. A sudden change in temperature can cause the casserole to sag.
STEP 12

It’s better to leave the casserole until the morning. During this time, the casserole will “rest”, thicken, and excess moisture will evaporate.
STEP 13

Microwave before serving to enhance the vanilla flavor. Ideal for breakfast with a cup of freshly brewed black coffee for adults and a mug of cocoa for children.
