    In a separate container, combine and stir cocoa powder, granulated sugar, fine salt (to balance flavor) and cornstarch. If these products are added separately without mixing them together, there is a risk that cocoa and starch will “seize” in lumps and it will be very difficult to mix them in the future. Therefore, let’s protect ourselves and mix these ingredients.

    Remove the milk from the heat, add the starch-sugar mixture with cocoa powder, stir and return the ladle to the heat.

I often make pudding using this recipe. For me personally, this recipe is just a godsend!!! The pudding is prepared very quickly and simply, but it turns out to be an excellent dessert, much tastier than the store-bought version, and there’s nothing to even say about the composition))) I cook it according to the recipe, sometimes reducing the amount of sugar a little. I experiment with different cocoa, the pudding turns out to be slightly different in taste and color. But always delicious!!! A great option for lovers of chocolate desserts. I recommend! I wanted to treat myself for breakfast) So I made my favorite chocolate pudding, I’ve been hooked on such desserts lately. This is all thanks to our website, so many goodies are published here) I reduced the quantity of products to one third, so that there was enough for exactly one serving. As indicated in the recipe, I mixed the dry ingredients with a whisk and heated the milk, combined everything and heated until thickened. At first it looks like liquid cocoa, but after a couple of minutes on low heat it turns out to be a thick, smooth mass. Immediately poured the future pudding into a mold and left to cool. A thick crust formed on top, and inside there was a thick, delicate chocolate cloud. The taste is very chocolate! The consistency is delicate, pleasant, melts in your mouth. I really liked this breakfast. Thanks to the author for the recipe!

I made this pudding because I really liked the photo. On advice, I bought expensive high-quality cocoa. In the end, the pudding itself tasted normal, but nothing more. I rarely eat store-bought puddings and only from one manufacturer; I don’t like the rest. But the experience was interesting. I am attaching a photo report
