I really love beets in any form. I really like the cold one. I always cook with the first warm days, my family liked my cooking, but I was looking for a cold recipe, like my grandmother did. It is he. everything worked out, and the taste is like from childhood. I didn’t remember the radish at all, and even now I was wary of putting it into the soup, but in vain. it turned out very tasty. The recipe is just great! Unexpectedly, to be honest, cold beetroot soup is exactly what you need in the heat. Okroshka, of course, is also good, but it gets boring if you cook it all the time, and this is something new.
