Cold beetroot
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Ingredients. Let's welcome next summer with a big pot in which cold beetroot soup will be waiting for us, because this food perfectly quenches thirst and pleasantly cools in the summer heat.

Wash the beets thoroughly under running water.

Let the beets cook, cutting off the tops first. Half an hour will be enough. Squeeze half a lemon into the saucepan with the beets while cooking; beets simply need its juice. Remove the finished broth from the stove and add salt while it is hot. Let's also add a spoonful of sugar. We catch the beets and leave them to cool.
