Place apples and raisins in the pan in another even layer.

Place the second half of the prepared dough on top of the layer of apples and raisins, which is then distributed in an even layer and set aside for ten to fifteen minutes.

After fifty minutes, take the charlotte baked until golden brown out of the oven and remove the pan.
