Chocolate sponge cake in a slow cooker

Chocolate sponge cake for a multicooker is not a problem - it cooks without hassle. Quickly and without hassle, preparing a cake from available ingredients for a multicooker is not a problem. I mixed it, poured the dough into the bowl, turned on the program and you can be distracted by other household chores. The multicooker will do everything itself. All that remains is to take it out and prepare any cream. Or you can simply sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy the biscuit. Agree - convenient.

I really like cooking in a slow cooker. It's so easy and fast. Saves a lot of time. I decided to make a chocolate sponge cake in a slow cooker; I had all the ingredients on hand. I prepared the dough as described in the recipe. The result was a medium thick dough. I baked it in the slow cooker for 45 minutes in the “baking” mode. While the chocolate sponge was cooking, I made the custard, but not the chocolate one. The cream brewed easily and quickly. I cooled the cream and biscuit. I cut the chocolate biscuit into two parts and coated it with cream. Topped with confectionery sprinkles. It didn't take long to soak it in because I really wanted to try it. The cake smells very tasty. The result was a tender, soft and loose sponge cake. In combination with cream it is very tasty. It was a wonderful dessert for tea. And most importantly, quickly. I liked the recipe for chocolate sponge cake in a slow cooker. I will make this recipe again and recommend it to everyone. Many thanks to the author!

For the planned cake, in addition to the white sponge cake, I also needed a chocolate cake layer, so I decided to use the recipe for a chocolate sponge cake in a slow cooker. The result was a fluffy, spongy, chocolate cake that complemented my cake perfectly. I prepared a different cream, but next time I will definitely try to make custard according to the author’s recipe for this chocolate sponge cake. Thank you!

Delicious cake, but it's not a biscuit. Biscuit dough is made exclusively from sugar, eggs and flour. It is permissible to add butter (the result is a French genoise sponge cake). The recipe for chocolate sponge cake is as follows: 100g of premium flour

Wikipedia describes Biscuit (French biscuit from Italian biscotto - “baked twice” [1]) - confectionery dough and confectionery “bread” made from flour, sugar and eggs. There are many ways to prepare biscuit dough: there are recipes for making a sponge cake for 6 , 8 or 10 eggs, or with kefir, sour cream, yogurt. There is even a vegetarian sponge cake (no eggs are used). The main thing is that the dough does not “sink”, is airy and suitable for making desserts. Of course, the desire for the classics is worthy of respect, but each housewife has her own recipe for chocolate sponge cake.

I wrote to you about the classic method! And your “biscuit” is already homemade baking “based on”.

Tell me please, do I add 2 CUPS of milk to the cream?
