Chocolate sponge cake in a slow cooker

Mix sugar, milk, cinnamon, cocoa and butter using a mixer, you can work with a whisk.

Add eggs and beat again with a mixer.
STEP 4

Add flour and baking powder, mix with a mixer. The finished dough should have a consistency similar to thin sour cream.

Pour the dough into the oiled multicooker bowl.
STEP 6

Set the “Baking” program, set the time to 1 hour 15 minutes.
STEP 7

Let the multicooker run the program, check the biscuit with a wooden stick. Remove the finished chocolate cake and let it cool.

While the biscuit is cooling, prepare the chocolate custard.
STEP 9

Grind the egg, sugar and flour until smooth

Add cocoa and grind again.

Add milk, stir thoroughly and heat over low heat until the first bubbles appear. Cool the cream.

Cut the biscuit into 2 layers
