Chocolate mascarpone cake

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath, leave to cool
STEP 2

Mix two eggs with 50 gr. sugar, add mascarpone cheese
STEP 3

Combine until smooth
STEP 4

For the dough, beat 3 eggs with 150 gr. sugar with a mixer at high speed until a dense mass is obtained (8-10 minutes)
STEP 5

Reducing the mixer speed to medium, pour in the warm chocolate mixture in a thin stream, stirring until smooth. Set aside the mixer. Add sifted flour and baking powder in small portions, stirring gently with a spoon.
STEP 6

Grease a mold with a diameter of 24-26 cm, dust it lightly with flour, pour in half the dough, smooth it out. It’s better to take a springform pan, but I don’t have one with a suitable diameter.
STEP 7

Place the filling
STEP 8

Pour in the remaining dough, spreading it evenly over the surface of the filling.
STEP 9

Bake in a preheated oven at t - 180` for about an hour. Check readiness with a wooden skewer; it should fit easily into the pie, remaining dry. When it cools down a little, you can coat it with powdered sugar.
STEP 10

All that remains is to cut into pieces and serve
