STEP 1

Heat butter and olive oil in a frying pan.

Place the chicken legs and fry until golden brown.
STEP 4
Remove chicken from pan.

Wash the champignons, dry and cut into quarters.

Fry the mushrooms in the same pan where you fried the chicken.

Peel the garlic and add it whole to the mushrooms. Pour wine and chicken broth into the pan. Add mustard.

Bring the sauce to a boil and pour in the cream.

Simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes until thickened. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, stir and remove from heat.

Pour the sauce with the champignons into a baking dish.

Place chicken drumsticks on top.
STEP 14
Sprinkle with thyme leaves. Bake the chicken in an oven preheated to 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
