For the second course I cooked julienne with chicken and mushrooms in a frying pan. For this I took a chicken breast, fried it along with onions; onions were not in the recipe, but I added them because I really like their combination with meat. I fried the champignons, combined them with meat, seasoned everything with sour cream, replacing the cream with it. I found the meat broth very useful, which was added to the pan to make the sour cream sauce more liquid. At the end, I added grated cheese to the pan, closed it with a lid and left it on the fire for two minutes. Juicy tender meat, aromatic mushrooms, and all this under a soft cheese crust - very tasty!
