STEP 1
Let's prepare the filling.
STEP 2
Cut the onion, carrots and potatoes into medium cubes.
STEP 3
Cut the champignons into slices.
STEP 4
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add a little vegetable oil and fry the vegetables until tender.
STEP 5
We clean the chicken liver from the films and cut it into several parts. Add the liver to the pan with the vegetables and simmer for 5-6 minutes until fully cooked. Season with salt, pepper, dried or fresh herbs and leave to cool.
STEP 6
Ingredients for the roll.
STEP 7
Break 4 eggs into a bowl, add 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise and mix everything until smooth.
STEP 8
Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater and add to the egg mixture. Mix.
STEP 9
Line a baking tray with baking paper. Spread the dough for the roll on a baking sheet and bake at 180 C for about 15 minutes.
STEP 10
Meanwhile, chop the vegetables and liver in a food processor.
STEP 11
Apply a layer of pate to the finished cheese omelette.
STEP 12
Roll the omelette into a roll and leave to cool completely. Cut the cooled roll into portions and serve. Bon appetit!
