    We clean the chicken liver from the films and cut it into several parts. Add the liver to the pan with the vegetables and simmer for 5-6 minutes until fully cooked. Season with salt, pepper, dried or fresh herbs and leave to cool.

    Break 4 eggs into a bowl, add 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise and mix everything until smooth.

    Line a baking tray with baking paper. Spread the dough for the roll on a baking sheet and bake at 180 C for about 15 minutes.

I tried to make a roll and here’s what I want to note: it’s very easy to prepare the dough for the roll, but removing the films from the liver is troublesome, but it turns out very tasty, so it’s worth it. I recommend you try it!!!

thanks for the recipe...I just made pate...but I really liked the idea with the roll. The only thing is that I make the pate filling more dietary (the child cannot have fried food), I cook all the vegetables, and cook the liver separately. Then everything is done in a blender.

Great recipe! You can use any minced meat, not just liver. You can put the minced meat in a roll raw and put it in the oven for about 15 minutes, the roll will be browned and ready (I mostly make minced chicken), then you cool it, cut it and bon appetit! Thanks again for the recipe and for reminding me...I haven’t made it in a while, I need to make it!
