STEP 1

STEP 2
Pour in room temperature whey and stir. The butter must be melted, added to the dough and mixed again. Set the combined ingredients aside for 15-30 minutes.
STEP 3
Grease a baking dish with butter (you can sprinkle the mold with a small amount of flour or semolina), place slices of peeled apples and banana pieces on the bottom. In this recipe, a ceramic baking dish with a diameter of 27 cm was used, the height of the side of this form is 4 cm.
STEP 4
Add baking soda, slaked with lemon juice, to the dough and mix. Sift the wheat flour and add to the dough. Stir again.
