Casserole with minced meat without cheese in the oven Witch
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel and cool. Cut the onion and garlic into cubes.
STEP 2
Cut the eggplants lengthwise into slices. (In such cases I use a Berner grater).
STEP 3
Fry the eggplants in vegetable oil. Remove from the frying pan. In the same frying pan, fry the onion and garlic, then add the minced meat and continue frying until the liquid evaporates. Stir very well to remove any lumps! You can use a blender. Salt, pepper, add your favorite spices and herbs. (One of my favorite spices lately is Svan salt, but I still need to find it, and you can get by with any other seasonings).
STEP 4
Cut the potatoes into slices. (Berner's grater appears again)
STEP 5
Also cut the tomatoes into thin slices. If you don't have a Berner grater, use a sharp knife.
STEP 6
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place minced meat, tomatoes, eggplants and potatoes, etc. in rows in the mold.
STEP 7
Now dry the flour in a frying pan, add butter, bring to a boil over low heat and add this mixture to the boiling milk. Put sour cream and add an egg.
STEP 8
Salt, pepper and pour this sauce over our casserole.
STEP 9
Bake for 45 minutes over medium heat.
STEP 10
Serve our delicious casserole with your favorite vegetables. Bon appetit!
