Very tasty, healthy, made from simple ingredients for the whole family. The vegetable casserole in the oven turned out to be especially flavorful, since I pre-baked all the vegetables in the oven. But you can also fry them in a frying pan. The casserole is light, but at the same time nutritious thanks to the delicate omelette filling and cheese.

I prepared two casseroles at once because I planned to give one baking sheet to the children. It turned out very well. As recommended in the recipe, 15 minutes was enough for the egg mass to thicken. The casserole came out aromatic, tender in taste and very juicy. The next day I ate it cold and didn’t heat it up. Just as tasty and juicy. Everyone liked it very much. I will cook!
