    How to make carrot pie without sugar in the oven? Prepare your food. You can buy flour or make it yourself by grinding oatmeal in a coffee grinder. We cook with kefir of any fat content, but to reduce calorie content, use low-fat kefir. It is better to take liquid honey.

    Pour the flour into a bowl and pour kefir over it. Stir and leave for 20 minutes to swell.

    Wash the eggs and beat them into a bowl. Start beating them with a mixer at medium speed. When foam appears on the surface, pour in honey and increase the speed. Beat the eggs until light and fluffy, a few minutes.

    Then add the flour swollen in kefir to the beaten eggs. Add baking powder. Stir the dough until smooth.

    Wash the apples and cut off the peel. Cut them into quarters and remove the middle. Cut the slices into small cubes.

    Peel the carrots and grate them. Use small or medium, not large. Or grind the carrots in a blender. There won’t be much difference in the pie depending on the grinding method, only its appearance will change.

    Take a suitable baking dish and grease it with a drop of vegetable oil (no need to grease silicone). I have a mold with a diameter of 20cm. Pour the dough into the mold and smooth the top.

    Bake this simple pie in an oven preheated to 180°C for 45 minutes to an hour. The exact time will depend on your oven and pan size. Check readiness with a wooden skewer - it should come out dry from the middle. Cool the pie and remove from the pan.

I wanted to bake a pie with carrots and found a suitable recipe for carrot pie with kefir. I did it pretty quickly. First of all, I poured a glass of kefir into a mixture of 0.5 tbsp. ground oatmeal and 0.5 tbsp. wheat flour (deviated from the recipe, which called for 1 cup of oatmeal). I left the dough to rise for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, beat two eggs, adding 3 tbsp. spoons of sugar (replaced honey with it). Combined with the dough, added a teaspoon of baking powder, 2 grated carrots and 1 apple cut into small cubes. I mixed everything, put it on a cast iron frying pan greased with vegetable oil and put it in the oven for 45 minutes at a temperature of 220°. The pie turned out to be light, soft, tender, slightly moist, appetizing, and almost not sweet. The taste gamut is dominated by the apple, pieces of which are caught on the tooth.
