    How to make cabbage cutlets with cheese? Cut a small head of cabbage into 4 parts, remove the stalk. Cook cabbage leaves in boiling water for about 4 minutes. They should not be very soft. Cabbage cutlets with cheese are simply superb: tender, juicy and very tasty! I agree with the author that sometimes you want cutlets, but not meat ones. I just changed the recipe a little: I didn’t boil the cabbage. I chopped the cabbage, added salt and mashed it with my hands for juiciness. Finely chopped the onion and fried it, grated on a fine grater, in a frying pan. To the cabbage I added onions and carrots, grated cheese, flour, egg, salt and pepper. Mixed, formed cutlets and fried in a frying pan with vegetable oil. I advise you to try it and thank you to the author for such a wonderful idea! 😊

Cabbage cutlets with cheese are easy to prepare and quickly eaten. And the main dietary dish! I really love cabbage and all the recipes associated with it, but I have never made cutlets from it, they turn out tender and tasty!! Simply delicious!
