STEP 1

STEP 2

STEP 3
Add chopped mushrooms to the onion and fry everything, stirring, until the mushrooms are cooked.
STEP 4
Cut the meat into small pieces, then fry in butter in a separate frying pan.
STEP 5
Add 2 cups of water to the meat. Wait until it boils and add 2 tablespoons of fresh sour cream, flour, as well as garlic (all cloves should be cut into 2 parts) and meat spices. Simmer the meat for about 25-30 minutes.
STEP 6
After 30 minutes, add mushrooms and onions to the meat and stir.
STEP 7
