    Add chopped mushrooms to the onion and fry everything, stirring, until the mushrooms are cooked.

    Cut the meat into small pieces, then fry in butter in a separate frying pan.

Today I prepared regular buckwheat with meat and mushrooms, adding some mushrooms, onions and imagination! This is both a side dish and an independent dish. A very tasty mushroom sauce perfectly complemented the dish.
