I prepared a delicious bruschetta with salmon according to the recipe of the author of the website katushafin. You can pamper yourself and your family not only on holidays. I cut the fish (I have trout) into pieces. I used cottage cheese with herbs. I dried the loaf pieces in a dry frying pan on both sides. I greased the loaf pieces with curd cheese, laid out the fish, garnished with parsley leaves and placed them on a serving plate.
