Bruschetta with curd cheese, Italian style

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
We choose Italian Ciabatta bread for preparing snacks, cut it into toast and fry it in a dry frying pan, after greasing it with olive oil.
STEP 2
Rub the toast thoroughly with garlic.
STEP 3
Place cottage cheese and sun-dried tomatoes on toast.
STEP 4
Add a little curd cheese and arugula leaves to the tomatoes, which is a source of essential amino acids.
STEP 5
Mix cottage cheese with pesto sauce and spread a thin layer on toast, place pieces of liver pate and arugula leaves on top.
STEP 6
Cut the boiled beets into thin slices and roll them into rolls, which we place on arugula leaves and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
STEP 7
Finely chop the dill and add it to the curd cheese and mix well. Cut the fresh cucumber into small strips and finely chop the red fish fillet. Place the cucumbers and fish in a bowl and add lemon juice, mix well.
STEP 8
Apply cottage cheese with dill in an even layer on toast, place fish and cucumbers on top, press down and add arugula leaves.
STEP 9
Finely chop the olives, add them to the curd cheese and, after mixing, place them on toast. Add arugula sprigs, sliced boiled pork, pieces of cheese, dill sprigs and ruskola on top.
STEP 10
We cook deliciously, cook simply, prepare New Year's meat and fish snacks at home together!
