Bruschetta with avocado and pear

An original restaurant-quality snack. We prepared these bruschettas at a master class at the culinary studio Culinarоn under the guidance of chef Egor Matveev. It turned out so tasty and unusual that when I arrived home, I immediately decided to repeat them. This snack will appeal to all fans of avocado and sun-dried tomatoes. It is better to use classic balsamic sauce without any extraneous flavors. If you don't like balsamic, you don't have to add it.
