Blue cabbage salad is exotic for us. But I think I will cook it often. After all, it is so bright, tasty and healthy! The red cabbage itself is very beautiful when cut. The truth is much tougher, so after slicing I lightly mashed it with sea salt. I grated carrots and cucumbers on a Korean grater to make the salad look elegant. I have a sweet apple, I cut it into strips. I replaced the dill with green onions, which are also aromatic and also add a pleasant tang. The dressing is also excellent, only I replaced the balsamic vinegar with wine vinegar. Instead of jam I have apricot syrup. After dressing, I let the salad sit in the refrigerator. We loved this salad, it has such an interesting combination of flavors! The sweet and sour dressing successfully complements the fresh vegetables. Thanks for the recipe!
