To diversify the usual menu, I prepared Bashkir dumplings. I kneaded the dough in advance, it turns out to be quite tight, so the longer you let it rest, the more elastic it will be and the easier it will be to work with. I steamed dumplings in a slow cooker, since we were having dinner together - I didn’t cook much. Due to the addition of potatoes, the minced meat is softer than in the usual dumplings. Loved the recipe, delicious! Thank you, naniki!
