Can be prepared with water, replace milk with dry milk, with kefir or curdled milk, ayran, matsoni, yogurt, whey. Fermented milk products for yeast are heated until warm (so that it turns out without cottage cheese), the dough is placed, and warm water is added as needed. This is the most delicate type of pancakes. If you wrap something in them, the sauce may leak out, so it is better to choose a drier filling. It is worth paying attention to the sour yeast taste and aroma. Not all fillers are compatible with it.
