Yeast pancakes without eggs
Thin and very delicate pancakes made from a minimum of ingredients. I have never made such lacy pancakes before. Anything goes with them: sour cream and jam. You can simply brush with melted butter, because there is not much butter in the dough itself.

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make yeast pancakes without eggs. To do this, mix water and milk, heat the mixture to 30-40 degrees. Separate three tablespoons of the mixture, dilute the yeast, half the sugar and two tablespoons of flour. This is a dough.
STEP 2

Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and leave for 15 minutes in a warm place. Dough will do.
STEP 3

Pour the remaining milk mixture into the suitable dough, stir in flour, sugar, salt and butter. Cover again and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
STEP 4

Bake pancakes in a well-heated greased frying pan. Do not overcook, turn the pancakes as soon as they brown, otherwise they will become rubbery.

The recipe is very good (to taste) But... Those layouts for flour, milk and water... do not yield pancake dough! It turns out to be dough for pancakes! But still very tasty! Of course I wanted pancakes! But it's okay!! The pancakes were a hit too! I think for that amount of flour you need to add more milk and water mixture.. There will be pancakes! Please correct the layout in the recipe!
