Making buckwheat pancakes is not that easy. Buckwheat flour contains less gluten than wheat flour. This requires precision. I'll try to use this recipe. I really want to learn how to bake them.

It’s really not easy... The pancakes come out loose, they don’t want to turn over... But I mastered them! About 25 minutes for the dough, 30 minutes for it to rise. And I fried it for about half an hour. It’s best not to make pancakes larger than your palm - you won’t be able to turn them over, they’ll spread out! (at least according to this recipe). You get these buckwheat pancakes.
